Stemming from Brene Brown’s definition of vulnerability, this presentation will review a timeline of County Office of Education staff engagement leveraging virtual resources to uplift the voice of all staff and illuminate ideas, topics, and questions building camaraderie and connection. The focus of the session will be on actionable steps toward equity, techniques for engaging attendees in present day scenarios, and a review of a model for facilitating sessions centered in connections to literature, advanced thoughts, and equitable discourse with a diverse group of staff.
